Bookkeeping:

Undoubtedly the foundation to well-kept finances - Our bookkeeping package is our bread and butter and the one we most-relish providing - It gives us the opportunity to showcase exactly how it should be. In keeping with our mission - You’ll pay for bookkeeping and receive a Finance Manager level service. Here’s what is included as standard in our Bookkeeping package:

• Bank reconciliation utilising a cloud based software.

• Cashflow forecasting - Our favourite! We take your bank reconciliation and work with you alongside historical data to compute a rolling cash flow forecast.

• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.

• VAT returns and continuous evaluation to ensure you’re on the correct VAT scheme.

• Monthly management accounts reporting on key metrics of business performance.

• Month To Date for Income Tax submissions (if applicable).

• CIS returns, verification, deductions and statements (if applicable).

 

Payroll:

 

• Take the compliance headache out of paying your team. We’ll ensure your team are paid accurately, on-time and that all legislation is adhered too. We endeavour to use the same cloud-based solution for Bookkeeping and Payroll alike to keep process’ centralised.

• CIS pay-runs - We manage CIS compliance as part of our bookkeeping package and if required, can include CIS payment runs also.

 

Accountancy:

 

• We look after your compliance - Statutory Accounts and Tax Filings - Personal or Company. We’ll look to engage maximum tax efficiency throughout the year so that this feels more like formality.

• We work with HMRC on your behalf as your tax agent - Saving you the agro. We can also support if you have HMRC debt with experiencing in getting you back on track even when things feel out of hand.

• One-off filing enquiries for smaller business’ or those who like to do a lot of the work in-house are most-welcome.

 

Business Audit:

 

• With strong experience in both Finance and Commercial, we can offer business audits. This can help identify the strengths and weakness’ within your business to help you improve. We’ll give particular attention to process’ as well as business structure, margins and strategising for the future. A fresh impartial pair of eyes with strong experience could highlight the marginal gains required to take you to the next level!

• New business’ who need that guidance throughout the start-up process can also work with us and we will help and advise on all of those matters which seem elusive through that setup process.

Pricing:

Our working relationship will be built on transparency. Unfortunately, financial services often lack a little transparency when it comes to pricing and billing. You’ll often find that pricing is only discussed by appointment and although we acknowledge why this is, we understand that can feel uneasy. We want to disrupt this and therefore provide a benchmark prior to any introduction. For our bookkeeping package will aim to charge 1% of revenue for your business. This is generally very competitive especially considering the additional value we strive to provide compared to competitors. Whilst we would still need to meet with you to discuss specific requirements, transactional volumes, business type etc, we believe this transparent approach helps ease initial concern and ambiguity.​
